1. Appointment Cancellation Policy
1.1 Cancellation by Patient

- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may not be eligible for a refund.

- Rescheduling should be requested at least 24 hours before the appointment.
- Rescheduling is allowed only once per booking unless approved by the hospital management.
1.3 No-Show Policy
- If a patient fails to attend the scheduled appointment without prior notice, the booking amount may be non-refundable.
- Rebooking may require a fresh payment.

Refunds may be processed in the following situations:
- Appointment cancelled within the eligible cancellation window.
- Appointment cancelled by the Hospital due to doctor unavailability or emergency.
- Duplicate payment made due to technical error.

2.2 Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds may not be provided in the following cases:
- No-show without prior cancellation.
- Late cancellation (less than 24 hours before appointment).
- Services already availed.
- Administrative or processing charges (if applicable).
3. Refund Processing Timeline
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment.
- Processing time may vary depending on banks or payment gateways.
- The Hospital is not responsible for delays caused by financial institutions.
4. Online Payment Disclaimer
- All online payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways.
- Shahpura Hospital does not store card or banking details.
- In case of payment gateway technical failure, patients should contact the Hospital with transaction details.
5. Emergency Situations
In case of medical emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, the Hospital reserves the right to:
- Cancel or reschedule appointments.
- Adjust refund eligibility on a case-by-case basis.
